Deposits & Refunds Appointments scheduled online REQUIRE a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit. If modifications are made to your appointment 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled time, the deposit will then be applied to your NEW appointment. If the appointment is cancelled and you do not wish to rebook, you then FORFEIT your deposit. All services that are $20 and under require a deposit of $10. This is non-negotiable. All services that are $21 and over require a deposit that is equal to 30% of the service price. This is non-negotiable. All service sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation Courtesy Here at Stoned Aesthetics, we value our time and our client's time. While we always hope we can see every scheduled client, we do understand that life happens. Appointment modifications must be made 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time. This can be done using your confirmation email or sending us an email at info@stonedaesthetics.com. Please note that we have a NO TOLERANCE policy for No Call, No Shows. In the event that this happens or you repeatedly cancel / reschedule appointments, you will be banned from booking via our website and all scheduling will have to be done directly through company personnel. Guest Privileges & Age Requirements Clients receiving services are welcome to bring a guest. Please note that our treatment room is an open space and there is not much privacy. We do offer seating directly outside of our treatment room if needed. All guest must be 18+ to be treated without parental consent. If under the age of 18, parents must be present at the initial appointment to sign paperwork. Comfortability of treatment performance is up to the discretion of the performing Esthetician. This means a client can be turned away if deemed necessary. Health Safety & Sanitation Sickness is inevitable and we will not hold it against you. We do ask that if you happen to become sick prior to your appointment that you inform us ASAP. Depending on the severity of your diagnosis, we may decide that it is best to reschedule for another day at no penalty to you. If the assigned Esthetician happens to become sick PRIOR to your scheduled appointment, you will be informed as well. Safety and sanitation is a top priority here at Stoned Aesthetics so we do ask that this policy be highly respected and followed at all times. Masks are not required and the performing Esthetician will wear gloves at ALL times during treatment.
